Background

KELLY D. LEARY graduated from the University of Hawaii in 1975 and immediately started her career in public accounting.

Kelly has been a speaker at the conference for the FICPA’s State and Local Government Committee for several years. She has also written articles for the magazine Florida CPA Today and has been chairman of the committee that revised the Compliance Auditing in Florida, and FICPA Practice Aid. She is qualified to perform quality reviews of other CPA firms in accordance with standards established by the AICPA and she has performed quality reviews of CPA firms performing governmental audits.
