GET TO KNOW STACEY

Stacey graduated from James Madison University with a B.B.A. degree in Accounting and Computer Information Systems. For nearly 20 years, Stacey has focused on providing consulting, advisory and tax services to a variety of closely-held businesses, investment partnerships, real estate developers/investors and high net worth individuals. Stacey began her career in public accounting performing audit and tax services to not-for-profits, retirement plans, and small businesses. Soon she realized her passion is assisting clients with tax research, planning and consulting, and she began focusing on taxation of small to mid-size businesses, investment partnerships and high net worth individuals.

Stacey is a Certified Public Accountant in both Florida and Virginia. She is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants. At McDirmit Davis, Stacey is the Tax Director. She has also served as past Treasurer for various organizations and continues to enjoy volunteering with various veteran and animal rescue organizations. When Stacey is not reading up on the latest tax developments, she loves spending time with her two rescue dogs and actively participating in her church and volunteer activities.
