Ideal Candidate Profile

​

  • Graduating with undergraduate degree in Accounting in December 2020 or May 2021, or currently in the graduate program (Accounting, Tax, or MBA)

  • Has residence or housing solution to live in the Central Florida area from the middle of December 2021 through April 2022

  • Able to communicate effectively about project status and take direction from peers

  • Highly motivated to learn and produce well-organized and quality work

  • Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Works effectively with team members

  • Exhibits initiative

Responsibilities:

​

  • Works with the tax team to prepare tax returns for small businesses and individuals

  • Works with senior staff to obtain information to prepare complete and accurate returns

  • Alert’s director or partner of any tax compliance issues in timely manner

  • Completes special projects as needed
