Ideal Candidate Profile:

5-7 years of recent audit experience in a CPA firm
-
CPA license required
-
Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with little direction

Exceptional written and oral communication skills with coworkers and clients
-
Governmental experience a plus
Responsibilities:
-
Oversee the efforts of multiple engagements in a wide variety of industries with the ability to manage to budget

Works effectively with team members. Keep superiors (Director/Partner) informed of work status
-
Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and lead change efforts effectively
-
Resolve high level accounting matters for clients
-
Specialize in areas of expertise
-
Team with partners and directors on proposals and business development calls
-
Understand and manage firm risk on audits and proposals
-
Train and mentor staff
-
Participate in staff development
-
Communicate directions and deadlines to those you are supervising.

Demonstrate an ability to conduct research
-
Present an internal CPE on a technical standard or issue
