Audit Manager that desires to expand their audit knowledge and experience.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 5-7 years of recent audit experience in a CPA firm

  • CPA license required

  • Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with little direction

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with coworkers and clients

  • Governmental experience a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the efforts of multiple engagements in a wide variety of industries with the ability to manage to budget

  • Works effectively with team members. Keep superiors (Director/Partner) informed of work status

  • Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and lead change efforts effectively

  • Resolve high level accounting matters for clients

  • Specialize in areas of expertise

  • Team with partners and directors on proposals and business development calls

  • Understand and manage firm risk on audits and proposals

  • Train and mentor staff

  • Participate in staff development

  • Communicate directions and deadlines to those you are supervising.

  • Demonstrate an ability to conduct research

  • Present an internal CPE on a technical standard or issue
